RETURNS

First exchange free of charge for Spain (peninsula)
To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
Only during Black Friday and until the end of Christmas, we will offer an extended period for returns and exchanges. From November 26th to January 16th, as long as you comply with the return and exchange policy regarding the quality and condition of the items.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn/unwashed and in its original condition.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS
If it is a return because you don't like it, you don't want it anymore or you ordered the wrong color or size. The shipping cost is at your expense. The cost of the return will be deducted from the total refund of the order, in this case none of the shipping costs will be refunded (the cost of return is equal to the initial shipping cost).
If it is a defective product or we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product. The cost of shipping is at our expense.
The consumer should contact Host via instagram or email so that a solution to your problem can be offered.
The charges derived from the return of an international order will be assumed by the customer and in no case will be the responsibility of HOST. We are working to offer a better service in this process which we hope to implement soon. HOST will not be responsible for any customs costs arising from the return. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make sure that in case of returning the garment on your own, the customs costs are prepaid, to avoid that the package cannot be delivered and will be sent back to the country of origin.
REFUND OF THE MONEY.
In cases of payment by credit card or paypal, the money is returned directly to the same payment method.
In any case, you will see the money credited within 4 to 14 working days once we have received the product in our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
When the address is incorrect the customer should contact contacto@hostbrand.es as soon as possible in order to modify the data.
In case the post office returns the package to the address of origin the customer must pay again the shipping costs (CONTACT contacto@hostbrand.es) in order to continue with the order.
In case the express courier (EXPRESS SHIPPING) returns the package to the address of origin the customer must pay again the shipping costs (CONTACT contacto@hostbrand.es) in order to continue with the order.
If the customer does not wish to continue with the order after the return to the address of origin, he/she may request a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping and handling costs (2€).
