1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products offered through the website https://maisonhost.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by HOSTBUSINESS, S.L.

By placing an order on this Website, users fully accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

It is mandatory for users to read and accept these Terms before completing any purchase.


2. Modification of Terms

MAISON HOST reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The applicable Terms will always be those published at the time of purchase. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.


3. Prices and Contract Formation

Prices and product conditions are indicative and may be updated due to market variations.

However, once an order is placed, the price displayed at checkout will be binding.

The purchase is considered legally completed once payment is confirmed, at which point a binding contract is formed between MAISON HOST and the customer.

The language used for contract formation is Spanish or English, depending on the user interface.


4. Refusal or Suspension of Orders

MAISON HOST reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Breach of good faith
  • Fraud or suspected fraud
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Incorrect or incomplete information

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 7 business days (Spain mainland).

These are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to logistics providers or external factors.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

Delivery conditions:

  • The customer must verify the order upon receipt
  • Any visible damage must be reported within 24–48 hours
  • After delivery confirmation, the order is considered accepted

MAISON HOST is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure situations.


6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer law (TRLGDCU), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Withdrawal can be requested via an online form or by contacting customer service.


7. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

  • Card payments: 48–72 hours processing time
  • PayPal: refunded to PayPal account
  • Bank transfer: up to 48 business hours after processing

Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to evaluate it.


8. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be unused
  • Must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


9. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Customers may choose their preferred courier service.


10. Returns Procedure

After requesting a return:

  1. The customer will receive return instructions by email
  2. The product must be sent within 10 calendar days
  3. Once received, inspection will be carried out
  4. Refund will be processed if conditions are met

11. Promotions and Free Gifts

If an order includes a promotion or free gift, the entire package must be returned to qualify for a refund.


12. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty under EU law.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by external factors

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If payment was made by bank transfer, refunds may take up to 30 days due to administrative processing.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be used.


14. Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform:

15. Final Provisions

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless otherwise required by law.
