In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been shipped, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. The change of the delivery address will have an additional cost depending on the destination.

We ship worldwide. At checkoutyou will find the details of the costs and shipping types corresponding to each country.

Shipments will be delivered no later than 14 business days after order processing. Once the order has been processed, a tracking code will be sent to the consumer.

Customs Duties & Taxes Policy

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or customs clearance, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and in such cases, shipping costs and any additional fees will not be refunded.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Spain (Peninsula) → Returns available. Cost: €4
• Europe & International → Returns available. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

During special periods (Black Friday & Christmas), the return window is extended from November 26th to January 16th.

Exchanges

• Spain (Peninsula) → First exchange is free. Additional exchanges: €4
• Europe & International → Customer covers shipping costs

Exchanges are processed via store credit, which must be used to place a new order.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be included
• Returns must be requested within the stated period

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
• Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected

Care instructions

• Wash with cold water as a delicate garment.
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron at 110 °C max
• Do not dry clean

Do not mix with white garments during washing, the garment may fade.

Each hoodie is unique due to the pigment-dyeing technique. The colour may vary after washing, developing a slightly faded, worn-in effect.

Care warning: Due to the nature of the leather patch, some colour transfer or fading may occur during washing. To maintain the best condition, we recommend hand washing cold, inside out and avoiding tumble drying.
